Anathema: Comic Covers and Promo

Sometimes it just feels right to get a little extra anime in one of the comic's covers.
Chess was a notable theme in Volume 6 and the character Jinny represented a Knight, so I made an insane (and highly inaccurate) visual interpretation of a maneuver called The Knight's Tour.
Possibly all-time my favorite cover despite being far from the most detailed or pretty. Just fun and twisty!

Tried some traditional media using Copics and an airbrush kit; it was a ton of work to mask everything but turned out pretty neat.
